Three packages. The price on this page is the whole fee; translator and government charges are listed below, at cost.

Digital Nomad Visa

Family, and the year your card runs out

A spouse and children go on one application with you rather than filing their own, which is cheaper and keeps the household on one decision. The renewal is a separate job, quoted here so you can see it coming.

What is not in the price

Two costs belong to other people, so we pass them through at what they charge us and never mark them up. Both depend on where you apply and how many documents you turn out to need, so we quote them for your consulate before you pay.

Sworn translations

Spanish authorities take documents in Spanish, done by a translator on the foreign ministry’s list. Translators bill per page, so the bill follows how long your criminal record and civil documents run.

Government charges

Visa fees, the residence card fee once you land, apostilles and any legalisation your own country charges for. Each consulate publishes its own figure and changes it without warning us.

Questions about paying

When do I pay?

Once, up front, when you pick a package. That opens your portal account and puts your file in the queue. There is no deposit and no invoice at the end.

What happens to my money if the visa is refused?

Before we start preparing documents, you get everything back. After that you get back the share of the work we had not done yet, and we tell you where that line falls before you pay. Nobody can promise you a visa, and a refusal is decided by a consulate, not by us.

Can I pay in instalments?

Not through the checkout. If paying in one go is the thing standing between you and starting, email us and we will split it across two payments.

Is the client portal part of the price?

Yes, in every package. You get an account the moment your payment lands: your document checklist, somewhere to upload each file, and the running status of your case.

Tell us your situation and we will tell you which package it is, or that you do not need one.
